Enrique Iglesias, Daddy Yankee, Ruben Blades y los Seis del Solar, Reik, Aventura, and Wisin y Yandel have been added to the line-up of performers at the 2009 Billboard Latin Music Awards. They will be joined by Akon, who has confirmed to appear on the event, in addition to the dance troupe JabbaWockeeZ. The awards show takes place on Thursday, April 23 at 7PM/6c from The BankUnited Center at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida, and will air live in High Definition on Telemundo.
Previously announced performers include Paulina Rubio, Don Omar, Banda El Recodo, Cristian Castro and La Quinta Estacion. Carlos Santana, this year's recipient of the Billboard Lifetime Achievement Award, will also appear on the awards show,
