Will Ferrell will be the first guest on the couch for the debut of "The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien" on June 1. Ferrell, who helped usher O'Brien out of New York on the final "Late Night with Conan O'Brien," will help welcome O'Brien to his new home in Los Angeles. In addition Pearl Jam will be the inaugural band on Conan's "The Tonight Show." Pearl Jam will perform songs from their upcoming studio album.

Conan O'Brien, the dominant late-night host at 12:35 a.m. (ET) for the past 14 seasons, will succeed Jay Leno as host of the preeminent series on late-night television, NBC's "The Tonight Show," on June 1, 2009.

"The Tonight Show" continues to be the most dominant late-night institution in television history. Since it first premiered on September 27, 1954 with Steve Allen, "The Tonight Show" has had just four permanent hosts, including Leno. Allen, host of the then titled "Tonight," eventually left late night to start his own primetime variety series on NBC. Jack Paar premiered on July 29, 1957. On October 1, 1962, Johnny Carson stepped on stage for day one of his tenure as host of "The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson." Leno, who began guest-hosting "The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson" in September 1987, became host of "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" on May 25, 1992. O'Brien joined NBC as a writer on "Saturday Night Live" in 1988 and premiered as host of "Late Night with Conan O'Brien" on September 13, 1993.

Beginning on Monday, August 10 - Friday, August 14, VH1 will air the five-part 1-hour series "Lords of the Revolution," a new documentary series from VH1 Rock Docs. The series celebrates the counterculture icons of the '60s and '70s -- the legends who defied the social, political and cultural mores of their time. The series is narrated by Richard Belzer.

They trafficked in sex, drugs, music, and subversive politics. They held peaceful protests and violent insurrections. They were the leaders of the most significant cultural transformation of the second half of the 20th century. From political heavyweights like the Black Panthers to cutting-edge cultural trendsetters like Andy Warhol, this documentary series profiles the nonconformist heroes and anti-heroes of the 60s and 70s, telling the dangerous, subversive stories of a cultural revolution. Edgy, colorful, visually dynamic, the docs will feature new first-hand interviews, plenty of archival photos and footage, an unconventional graphic treatment, and a hip rock soundtrack.

Lady Gaga performs on "Dancing with the Stars" finale

After ten weeks of entertaining drama, surprises and dazzling performances, Shawn Johnson, Gilles Marini and Melissa Rycroft have broken away from the pack and earned the right for a chance to be crowned champion of "Dancing with the Stars." The three finalists will have their last opportunity to impress the judges and viewers on two nights of final competition, beginning Monday, May 18 (8:00-9:02 p.m., ET), and concluding on the Season Finale, Tuesday, May 19 (9:00-11:00 p.m., ET) on ABC.

In the final performance show on Monday, the couples will face off against one another in a "Paso Punch Out" in which they each dance the paso doble to an extended version of the same song. Each couple will take a turn in a section of the song before stepping aside for the next team to showcase their routine -- giving judges and viewers a chance to compare the couples alongside each other. In addition, Shawn, Gilles and Melissa will show us what they've got in the ever popular Freestyle routine - a fan favorite.

In Tuesday's two-hour Finale, all three finalists will perform their third and final dance-one of their favorite past routines from the season - to be scored by the judges. The judges' scores for Tuesday's dances will be combined with the judges' scores and viewers' votes from Monday's performances to determine the victor of the coveted "Dancing with the Stars" mirror ball trophy. Throughout the two-hour Finale, the previously eliminated couples will return to perform their final dances of the season and comedian Jeffrey Ross, a.k.a. the "Roastmaster General," from "Dancing with the Stars" Season 7, returns to roast the three finalists.

Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Lady Gaga transforms the "Dancing with the Stars" stage with two spectacular performances. Performing her third single, "LoveGame," from her debut album, "The Fame," Lady Gaga takes the stage by storm with her own dancers. She will then take to the stage with her Grammy-nominated and chart topping No. 1 single, "Just Dance."

All the excitement and frenzy will lead up to the moment we've all been waiting for - who among the three finalists will win reign as champions of "Dancing with the Stars" and take home the coveted mirror ball trophy?

Iron Maiden documentary premieres on VH1 Classic, Palladia, VH1

VH1 Classic Rock Doc "Iron Maiden: Flight 666" Premieres Exclusively on VH1 Classic, Palladia and VH1 on Saturday, June 6

On February 8, 2008, British heavy rock legends Iron Maiden embarked on the most ambitious and adventurous tour in rock history. For the first time ever the band gave full access to a film crew to document their journey and this resulted in the critically acclaimed, full-length documentary film, "Iron Maiden: Flight 666." Winner of the SXSW Festival Award for Best Music Documentary, the movie takes you along as part of the Maiden team on the first leg of the band's historic Somewhere Back In Time World Tour, with Access All Area passes guaranteed!

Shot in spectacular High Definition with thunderous 5.1 surround sound, the film will be touching down exclusively on Saturday, June 6, (6-6) on VH1 Classic and Palladia -- MTV Networks' high-definition music channel at 9 p.m. and VH1 at 12 midnight.

Circumnavigating around the globe and five continents in just 45 days, the band flew in a specially customized Boeing 757 airliner, piloted by lead singer Bruce Dickinson. With the entire touring crew and 12 tons of music and stage equipment on board, Astraeus Airline Captain Dickinson and his air crew flew 50,000 miles, taking in 23 sold-out stadium and arena shows across Asia, Australia and North, Central and South America, performing to almost half a million fans in the process.

"Iron Maiden: Flight 666" is an inspirational account of the chaotic and often humorous world of a band touring the four corners of the world, giving a behind-the-scenes look at what happens on and off stage. Delivering some of the most spectacular live footage ever seen of the band, "Iron Maiden: Flight 666" takes viewers from Mumbai to Santiago, L.A. to Sydney, Tokyo to Sao Paolo and many major cities between. Through drama, excitement and fan pandemonium, the film is an honest and revealing portrait of one of the world's most successful rock bands.

Trace Adkins guests on "Celebrity Apprentice" finale

After the firing of Clint Black, Brande Roderick and Jesse James in last week's exciting episode, two arch-rivals are left to face off in the final showdown: world-renowned comedienne Joan Rivers and world champion poker player Annie Duke. In this final challenge, project managers Joan and Annie will compete to create a pre-theatre VIP party experience, sponsored by Kodak, for patrons attending Cirque du Soleil's hit show "Wintuk."

The three-hour finale will be telecast live Sunday, May 10 (8-11 p.m. ET on NBC) from the Museum of Natural History in New York City where last season's finalists, winner Piers Morgan ("America's Got Talent") and runner up, country music superstar Trace Adkins, will make a special appearance before Donald Trump reveals the next "Celebrity Apprentice."

In this second season of "The Celebrity Apprentice," America has again watched celebrities from the sports, television, musical, comedy and movie worlds collide and put their reputations on the line to win money for their charities, and now it is down to the final two – archenemies Joan Rivers and Annie Duke. In this three-hour finale episode, Joan and Annie are pleasantly surprised to see the return of some of their former teammates, Dennis Rodman, Tom Green, Melissa Rivers, Brande Roderick, Clint Black and Herschel Walker, and must choose among them to create a team that will lead them to one last victory and a huge donation to their chosen charity.

In the hours before a performance of Cirque du Soleil's hit show "Wintuk," each team will produce a pre-theatre VIP party, sponsored by Kodak, featuring a silent auction made up of items the celebrities themselves bring to the table. The feuding finalists vow to mercilessly defeat one another and they begin their task. However, with little time remaining, the event planning company quits, and both teams struggle to quickly transform a completely empty space into an environment that will impress the Kodak executives. The live boardroom, held at New York City's Museum of Natural History, hosts a reunion with this season's competing celebrities and the return of last year's winner Piers Morgan and runner up, country star Trace Adkins. In the final minutes of this live finale, Donald Trump mediates one last boardroom blowout between Joan and Annie, fires one of them and announces this season's "Celebrity Apprentice."
