Spike TV's 2008 “Video Game Awards” airs live on December 14

Hosted by Jack Black, the sixth annual "VGAs" will bring together stars from the worlds of video games, Hollywood, music, sports and more to recognize the outstanding artistic and technical achievements in the gaming industry over the past year. The celebration will also premiere first-looks at the hottest games of 2009 and beyond. The 2008 "VGAs" airs live on Spike TV in hi-def on Sunday, December 14 (9:00-11:00 PM, ET/tape delay on west coast) from Sony Picture Studios in Culver City, CA.

Scheduled performers include 50 Cent and LL Cool J. Scheduled presenters include Eliza Dushku, Rashad Evans, Forrest Griffin, Neil Patrick Harris, Tony Hawk, Rampage Jackson, Kevin James, Kim Kardashian, Stacy Keibler, Chris Klein, Kristen Kreuk, Marisa Miller, Frank Mir, Peter Moore, Antonio Nogueira, Busta Rhymes, Tim Schafer, Wanderlei Silva, Kiefer Sutherland, Mike Tyson, and Odette Yustman.
