Lil Wayne, others appear on Katie Couric's All Access Grammy Special on CBS February 4th

On Wednesday Feb. 4 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT), CBS News will broadcast KATIE COURIC'S "ALL ACCESS" GRAMMY SPECIAL on the CBS Television Network. Couric gets personal with some of music's leading artists as she interviews past and present Grammy nominees, including Justin Timberlake, Lil' Wayne, Katy Perry and Taylor Swift.

With six wins already under his belt, Justin Timberlake could add a "Best Pop Collaboration with Vocals" Grammy for his performance on Madonna's hit "4 Minutes featuring Justin Timberlake and Timbaland," which Timberlake and Timbaland also co-wrote and co-produced. From performing, producing and running a label, to his clothing line and charity work, Timberlake's talent seems boundless. Couric gains a rare look inside this expanding empire when she gets up close and personal with Timberlake to show why this charming and savvy artist is one of entertainment's enduring stars.

Garnering eight Grammy nominations for his album, "Tha Carter III," including Best Rap Album and the coveted Album of the Year, Lil' Wayne is the most nominated artist of the year. With six million units sold in his 13-year career, the New Orleans native is at the top of his game. Lil' Wayne walks Couric through his journey from impoverished childhood to being hailed as one of the best rappers of his generation.

Nominated for Best Female Pop Vocalist for her hit "I Kissed a Girl," Katy Perry has proven that she's more than just a pretty face. Perry talks to Couric about her upbringing as the daughter of former hippies turned devout pastors, and her evolution into a pop music powerhouse, whose irreverently rebellious songs have stirred a little controversy on their way to the top of the charts.

She's still shooting for her first Grammy win, but Taylor Swift has already solidified her future as a rising star. Nominated last year for Best New Artist, the 19-year-old's latest album "Fearless" has spent six weeks at the top of the charts, making Swift one of the industry's hottest artists. Couric hits the road with this young star and her mother to find out what's behind music's "It" girl.

Grammy nominees Jonas Brothers, Carrie Underwood, Metallica, Ne-Yo, John Legend, Rascal Flatts, Duffy, Adele, Kid Rock, Jazmine Sullivan, Jordin Sparks, T-Pain and others will appear on the broadcast and online.

ALL ACCESS kicks off CBS's road to the THE 51st ANNUAL GRAMMY AWARDS, to be broadcast live from The Staples Center in Los Angeles, Sunday, Feb. 8 (8:00-11:30 PM ET/delayed PT) on the CBS Television Network. CONAN O'BRIEN SIGNS OFF OF 'LATE NIGHT' AND JIMMY FALLON TAKES OVER

Conan O'Brien, the dominant late-night host at 12:35 a.m. (ET) for the past 15 seasons, will sign off as host of "Late Night" on February 20, 2009 and beginning March 2, 2009, "SNL" alum Jimmy Fallon will take over the reins as "Late Night" host.

In addition, Fallon's nightly video blogs will continue at www.nbc.com/jimmyfallon as he ramps up for his March broadcast debut.

As previously announced, O'Brien will be taking over "The Tonight Show" hosting duties on June 1, 2009 and Jay Leno's last "Tonight Show" telecast will air Friday, May 29, 2009.

Fallon is the third host of "Late Night" which has dominated the 12:35 a.m. timeslot since its inception in 1982 with then-host David Letterman. Fallon's "Late Night" will depart from Letterman and O'Brien's Studio 6A and cross the hall to Studio 6B in NBC's 30 Rockefeller Plaza headquarters in New York.

Studio 6B has a long history of comedy within its walls. 6B was the New York home of the first ten years of Johnny Carson's unprecedented "Tonight Show" tenure as well as for his predecessor Jack Paar, who made television history -- in 6B -- by quitting his own show – on the air – after NBC censored a joke the night before. In its days as a studio for NBC Radio, it hosted such comedy legends as Bob Hope and Dean Martin & Jerry Lewis. It housed the first late night show in television history "Broadway Open House" in 1950 as well as the legendary "Texaco Star Theater" starring Milton Berle. In addition, it was from Studio 6B that the infamous game show "Twenty One" (the basis of the film "Quiz Show") originated, as well as where the legendary Ernie Kovacs created innovative comedy on his groundbreaking daytime show.

Rosario Dawson and Fleet Foxes headline SNL on January 17

"Saturday Night Live" launches into 2009 with its second show of the month, featuring one of today's hottest film actresses, Rosario Dawson, along with musical guest Fleet Foxes, making their "SNL" debuts on NBC January 17 at 11:30 p.m. ET.

Dawson has garnered praise for her numerous roles as an actress, making her one of Hollywood's most sought after leading ladies. Dawson can currently be seen in the drama "Seven Pounds", in which she stars with Will Smith. Her moving performance in the film has gained her acclaim and praise from critics and fans alike, including a recent nomination for a NAACP Image Award. Dawson gained recognition in 2005 when she received a Satellite Award for her performance as 'Mimi Marquez' in the film "Rent". She was honored again in 2007 at the esteemed ShoWest where she received the award for "Supporting Actress of the Year." Dawson was recently awarded the "Half-Life" Award at the 2008 Cine Vegas International Film Festival alongside Don Cheadle, Viggo Mortensen and Sam Rockwell. Making her film debut in the highly acclaimed and controversial hit "Kids," Dawson has appeared in numerous feature films, including Quentin Tarantino's horror project "Grindhouse"; the acclaimed Spike Lee film, "The 25th Hour", opposite Edward Norton, Philip Seymour Hoffman and Barry Pepper; "Men In Black 2" alongside Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones, and Spike Lee's "He Got Game" opposite Denzel Washington. Dawson also made a huge impact in the 2005 Robert Rodriguez/ Frank Miller film noir drama "Sin City" starring with Bruce Willis, Benicio Del Toro, Clive Owen, and Brittany Murphy. "Sin City" opened number one at the box office and was in dramatic competition at the 2005 Cannes Film Festival.

Joining Dawson is the five-piece Seattle based Indie rock band Fleet Foxes, whose self-titled debut album ranked first on Billboard's (Critics' Choice) top albums of 2008. Billboard described it as a "shockingly gorgeous debut ... unlocked a subconscious desire in us for more vocal harmonies." The album also landed among the top five in Spin's year end rankings and finished 11th on Rolling Stones annual list. Spin declared that "on this haunting debut, Seattle's Fleet Foxes distinguish themselves from the vintage-vinyl crowd by infusing their rootsy retro-pop moves with a sense of mystery that no one's really summoned since Oh, Inverted World changed Natalie Portman's life. Like the Shins' James Mercer, frontman Robin Pecknold is more mood man than storyteller. But his eye for detail can devastate." Internationally, Fleet Foxes have beaten off competition from the likes of Radiohead and Elbow to be awarded the first-ever "UNCUT MUSIC AWARD". The band's eponymous debut album was unanimously hailed by a panel of industry judges as the most inspiring and richly rewarding album of the last 12 months. In early 2008, Fleet Foxes released the five-song EP, "Sun Giant" and followed in June with their critically acclaimed, self-titled debut full-length album.

Clint Black, Brian McKnight, T-Boz among cast for new season of "Celebrity Apprentice"

Clint Black, Andrew Dice Clay, Annie Duke, Tom Green, Natalie Gulbis, Scott Hamilton, Jesse James, Claudia Jordan, Khloe Kardashian, Brian McKnight, Joan Rivers, Melissa Rivers, Brande Roderick, Dennis Rodman, Herschel Walker and Tionne Watkins Will All Be Competing For Charity

NBC and Donald Trump announced today the all-star celebrity cast for the second sensational season of "The Celebrity Apprentice" premiering on Sunday, March 1 (9-11 p.m. ET/PT).

On the first ever "Celebrity Apprentice" last season, winner Piers Morgan changed the way the game was played, winning millions for charity and setting the bar for all who follow. Now 16 new celebrities will rise to the challenge and once again it will be men versus women. The men include: Clint Black, Andrew Dice Clay, Tom Green, Scott Hamilton, Jesse James, Brian McKnight, Dennis Rodman, and Herschel Walker. The women include: Annie Duke, Natalie Gulbis, Claudia Jordan, Khloe Kardashian, Joan Rivers, Melissa Rivers, Brande Roderick and Tionne Watkins. All the celebrities will be vying for the coveted title as they fight for their respective causes.

The 16 celebrities will compete in business-driven tasks around New York City using their fame, rolodexes and their business acumen to win weekly tasks, while ultimately battling with each other to stay out of the boardroom and avoid hearing those dreaded words "You're Fired!" They'll be subjected to long hours, grueling mental challenges, personality clashes and intense scrutiny -- all without the help of their regular support system of agents, managers and personal assistants.

This season the competition is more cut throat than ever with a group of celebrities that will fight, tooth and nail, to win. Such intensity will result in flare-ups that, Piers Morgan says, "make his legendary fights with Omarosa look like a tea party."

Ultimately they will face the judgment of Donald Trump and his advisors in the boardroom, which will include his children (and colleagues), Ivanka Trump and Donald Trump Jr. Also appearing in the boardroom alongside Trump will be his longtime associate and trusted colleague, George Ross.

The boardroom will feature a "rotating seat," allowing a variety of famous business leaders and industry legends to join Trump in spirited judgment of the tasks. As with last season, winning celebrity teams will relish the opportunity to watch the losing team squirm in the boardroom from the comfort of their own war rooms.

When all is said and done, 15 celebrities will be famously fired and only one will emerge to become The Celebrity Apprentice.

Gavin Rossdale performs on "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition"

"EXTREME MAKEOVER: HOME EDITION" HELPS AN INJURED IRAQI WAR VETERAN HERO AND HIS FAMILY FROM KANSAS REBUILD THEIR LIVES IN A SPECIAL TWO HOUR EPISODE

Gavin Rossdale Performs at the Reveal

"Tutwiler Family" -- "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" will be traveling to Fort Riley, Kansas to announce to the Tutwiler family, who have been living on a military base ever since their house in Chapman -- along with the town -- was devastated by an F4 tornado, that they will have a new home built in only seven days, SUNDAY, JANUARY 25 (8:00-10:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

Patrick Tutwiler was shot in the neck by an Iraqi sniper and returned home with traumatic brain injury, PTSD, memory loss and speech problems. Less than a year later, their modest home was hit by an F4 tornado. Patrick and his wife, Crystal, pulled the family into a closet and used their bodies as human shields while the tornado tore the house apart. Patrick, Crystal, their four children and nephew were living on a nearby military base temporarily until Patrick was given his official military discharge. Because of his injuries and his current part-time employment, the family cannot afford to rebuild or purchase a new house. Now it is up to "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" to build this dedicated soldier a safer and stronger place to call home.

While Ty and the designers, local builder coalition A.F.M.C. Construction & Remodeling Inc., American Dream Development, Blixt Construction, L.C., Harris Custom Homes LLC, Ponton Construction Inc. and Ryan McDonald Construction, plus hundreds of volunteers and workers are rebuilding their home, the Tutwiler family will go on a Disney cruise to the Bahamas and Disney's private island Castaway Cay. In addition, rock singer Gavin Rossdale performs his hit single, "Love Remains," for the family at the reveal.

SNL returns with Neil Patrick Harris and Taylor Swift on January 10

Coming off a highly heated political season and showing no signs of slowing momentum, NBC's "Saturday Night Live" returns in 2009 with three live shows in January.

On January 10, Neil Patrick Harris hosts. The multi-talented Harris can currently be seen on the hit comedy "How I Met Your Mother", which recently garnered him a 2009 Golden Globe nomination and two consecutive Emmy award nominations. Named one of the "2008 Entertainers of the Year" by Entertainment Weekly, Harris gained notice on the small screen as the much-adored title character in "Doogie Howser, M.D.," a role which also garnered him a Golden Globe nomination. A stage veteran, Harris has starred in three Broadway productions, including the Tony Award-winning musical "Assassins," the Pulitzer Prize-winning production of "Proof" opposite Anne Heche and "Cabaret" at Studio 54. Rounding out his accomplishments on stage and television, Harris also has renowned success on the silver screen and in the world of voice-overs. Harris' feature film debut was starring opposite Whoopi Goldberg in "Clara's Heart." He also appeared in the hit comedy "Undercover Brother, "The Next Best Thing" opposite Madonna and Rupert Evert, among others. Harris also recently starred as the aspiring super villain and lovelorn title character of Joss Whedon's web-based musical miniseries sensation, "Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog." He will soon be heard along with Will Arnett in the D3 Productions video game, "Eat Lead: The Return of Matt Hazard."

Joining Harris and making her "SNL" debut is musical star Taylor Swift, the bestselling artist of 2008 in all popular music formats. Taylor currently has singles climbing both the country and pop radio charts. She will perform from her sophomore album "Fearless," which has held firm at #1 on Billboard's Country Albums sales chart each week since its November 11th release. Her album is currently in its 3rd week at #1 atop Billboard's all-genre Top 200 Albums chart, in addition to topping the country chart. Also, she currently holds Billboard's record (in all genres of music) for most Top 10 debuts in a calendar year. Taylor concluded 2008 as Billboard's Top Country Artist and also claimed the #1 spot on the Hot Country Songwriters tally. Taylor leads the Top Country Album Artists recap and is #1 on the Top Country Artists Female list. "Fearless" marked the biggest selling debut week for a female artist in any genre in 2008. It was the year's 4th biggest debut over all and was the best selling debut for a country title in over a year. Taylor was named 2008's Favorite Female Country Artist at the American Music Awards. She also garnered the Top New Female Vocalist by the Academy of Country Music and won 2008 CMT Music Awards for Video of the Year and Female Video of the Year. Swift has appeared on the covers of both Rolling Stone and Blender.
